How Does OpenCiq Ship Your Order?
- After placing an order, you will receive a product information confirmation email.
- After payment, you will receive a successful payment confirmation email.
- After the order is shipped, you will receive a shipping information confirmation email, containing the tracking number. You can check the shipping status with the tracking number at 17Track or Track718.
What Shipping Methods Are Offered? And How Long Does It Take to Ship?
The total time it takes to receive your parcel is described below:
Total delivery time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
- Processing Time: The time between when you place an order and when we ship it.
- Shipping Time: The time between when your order has been shipped and delivered to you.
Processing Time: Non-pre-order within 3-8 business days, pre-order within 15-30 business days.

The time it takes to prepare your items to ship from our warehouse. This includes preparing your items, performing quality checks, and packing for shipment.
